  Each day begins with a breathwork & meditation session to meet and visualize your inner goddess while activating the creative centers of the brain. We will be using mixed media including watercolor crystals, acrylic & spray paint on 16 x 16 canvas.

  Tarot cards can help us tap into our inner wisdom to navigate both practical and spiritual challenges. In this workshop, you will learn how Tarot inspires people to set positive intentions for their life. You then will begin to make your own cards using magazine images (provided). The instructor will demonstrate how to create compelling compositions. This workshop ends with optional sharing and tips for creating the rest of the cards. 

  All  materials and tools will be provided for the class.

  Stress is a thing we all deal with in life and having an outlet for that stress becomes important. Mandala drawing has become that outlet for me and I want to share that with you!

  If you can doodle…you can draw a mandala. It's not about perfection, it's about the repetitive motion of creating something amazing and letting all of your stress go.

  In this class, you will learn the basics of mandala drawing. You will leave this class with a mandala drawing kit (including all of the tools to start drawing a mandala from scratch), the skills to draw a mandala from scratch, at least two completed mandala drawings and a little more inner peace.

  This workshop is for those getting started in mandala painting and for those with some experience. It does not focus on perfection, but rather the experience of acquiring a new technique and skill along with the added benefits of learning to focus, relax, breathe and have patience. This art form is great to do with others, as well as on your own. 

  All materials and tools will be provided for the class. Optional purchase of the painting kit for $10 cash from the teacher at the end of the workshop.

  The Earth is in full manifestation mode and abundant with life at Summer Solstice! As the fiery Sun warms the Earth into manifesting Her bounty - we too are inundated with the availability of this powerful creative Life Force energy to create and manifest. Art-making is a portal by which you ignite the creative spark within you - to illuminate new visions, perspectives, insights, and wisdom - empowering you to bring forth your heart’s desires into the world.

  Join us as for this illuminating workshop as we engage with the elements of Creativity. Through the joy of art-making, you will use colors, images, symbols and words, while the canvas serves as a field on which to envision the desires you wish to grow and cultivate in your life. We will employ intention-setting, energy-based practices and journaling to further activate the manifestation process.

  No previous painting or artistic experience is needed.

  Please bring a journal, pen, any favorite art supplies, as well as a snack if you desire. All materials and tools will be provided for the class.
