Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking!  Learn the basics of blind embossing/debossing! What is embossing/debossing? It is a technique that uses pressure to press textures and designs into paper. No ink is required to create an image! Saratoga Arts will be supplying beverages, supported by Walt Whitman, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. 

All materials and tools will be provided for the class.

October Soap 'N Sip

Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out cold-pressed soap making! The 8 two oz. soap bars can be given as gifts or kept for yourself. 

All materials and tools will be provided for the class. Cold Process Soap requires 3-4 weeks of curing time and will be ready for pick up at Saratoga Arts starting November 2024, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Must be 21+ to register.

Saratoga Arts will be supplying beverages, supported by Nine Pin cider, Walt Whitman beer, and wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! We will be making Halloween themed prints through monotyping. What is a monotype? Monotype creates unique one of a one-of-a-kind prints! We will have Halloween stencils and images for you to work with. Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! This event is an informal activity where you will learn how to carve and print a block print! What is a block print? Block prints or linocuts are a type of relief printmaking. Using carving tools you cut away the linoleum to create your design, what is carved away will be white and the remaining areas will be inked! A brayer is used to roll ink onto the block and can be printed by hand or with a printing press. 

All materials and tools will be provided for the class.

Winter Wonderland Art Market

Apply to vend at the Winter Wonderland Art Market this holiday season! Artists working in all art genres are encouraged to apply, regardless of membership status at Saratoga Arts. All applicants are required to submit 5 images of their merchandise in this application. Accepted artists will be notified by November 1st, 2024. Booths will be 8 x 8 ft. Please make sure to review all guidelines.

Member booth fee: $50

Non-member booth fee: $75

Art in the Park 2025

Saturday, May 24th, 2025 (rain date Saturday, May 31st, 2025)

Artists working in all art genres are encouraged to apply, regardless of membership status at Saratoga Arts. All applicants are required to submit 5 images of their merchandise in this application. Artists will be notified of their booth placement by May 2nd, 2025. Booths are 12 x 12 ft. Please make sure to review all guidelines.
