Generating Abundance through Art-Making & Intention Setting

Join us for this workshop as we enter into sacred space and align with the light and abundance of the summer season. We will cultivate and activate abundance through creativity, art-making and intention-setting. We will start off with mindful movement practices, a brief meditation and intention setting to attune inward. We will then dive into the art-making experience, and conclude with journaling and closure. No painting or artistic experience needed - all are welcome!

All materials and tools will be provided for the class.
