  Mosaic Letter Sampler

  taught by Linda Biggers

  In this workshop, participants will be instructed in various mosaic techniques using an alphabet letter substrate. Each letter will be sectioned and trimmed with ball chain to separate distinct areas, within which different mosaic approaches will be explored. Participants will have access to a wide selection of vibrant mosaic tesserae to craft a personalized letter.

  During registration, attendees may select the specific letter they wish to work on for their mosaic project.

  All materials will be provided. All skill levels encouraged to register.

  Learn the transfer drawing technique used by Andy Warhol to make a flower and / or animal image with ink, watercolors and gold paint.

  Construction Paper Animals

  taught by Bennett Kimble-Lee

  Make your favorite animals out of construction paper! This class will teach you how to simplify shapes, and how to connect them to make your own cute animal! We will talk about how to add different textures, how to play with color, and how to make them their own little home!

  All ages welcome. Students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  Bennett Kimble-Lee is an Illustrator based out of Saratoga Springs, New York. His work mixes bold, bright colors with lighthearted subject matter. Bennett recently graduated from Lesley Art + Design and is happy to be back home. His most recent works revolve around animals, with a focus on recognizable designs and eye-catching colors.
