About Kristoffer Ross:
Kristoffer Andrew Ross is a skilled young folk musician and singer from Center Cambridge, NY, specializing in performing traditional ballads of Ireland, Scotland, Britain, and New England. He performs skillfully on fingerstyle guitar, Irish bouzouki, and accordion, in addition to unaccompanied song. During his performances, he intertwines regional stories and folk history, explaining the historical context of each song’s origins.
In addition to solo work, he directs and performs with the Men o’ War Balladeers, a vocal-harmony focused Celtic and Maritime Ballad band. He has produced two albums for the group, including their 2019 release, “Low Lie the Fields.”
Kristoffer also works as a theatrical technician and stage designer in New York’s Capitol District and Vermont. He lives on his family’s small farm in southern Washington County. More information is available at on his website www.kristofferandrewross.com.
