    Saratoga Arts is pleased to announce a virtual artist talk event on Wednesday, March 3rd from 7:00pm-8:00pm (EST). 

    This event will be hosted on Zoom and will feature 4 artists currently exhibiting their artwork at Saratoga Arts February 25 through April 3rd. 

    The artists Gary Larsen, H.C. Tiffany Lo, Juliana Haliti and Tom Ryan will talk about their background, inspiration and the artwork featured in their exhibition.  A slideshow presentation of artwork will accompany the discussion, followed by a live Q&A session. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain personal insight into the artistic practice.

    Saratoga Arts is pleased to announce our next First Thursdays performance with folk musician Kristoffer Ross.  

    Enjoy a live music performance outside!  Dress warm, wear a mask, practice social distancing and as always, dancing is encouraged! 

    When: Thursday, March 4th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm

    Where: The big picture window at Saratoga Arts, 320 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY.  Viewers will be able to social distance and safely watch the performance from outside through the window at the front of our building. 

    About Kristoffer Ross: 

    Kristoffer Andrew Ross is a skilled young folk musician and singer from Center Cambridge, NY, specializing in performing traditional ballads of Ireland, Scotland, Britain, and New England. He performs skillfully on fingerstyle guitar, Irish bouzouki, and accordion, in addition to unaccompanied song. During his performances, he intertwines regional stories and folk history, explaining the historical context of each song’s origins.

    In addition to solo work, he directs and performs with the Men o’ War Balladeers, a vocal-harmony focused Celtic and Maritime Ballad band. He has produced two albums for the group, including their 2019 release, “Low Lie the Fields.

    Kristoffer also works as a theatrical technician and stage designer in New York’s Capitol District and Vermont. He lives on his family’s small farm in southern Washington County. More information is available at on his website www.kristofferandrewross.com.
