Make quality photographs of your drawings, paintings, or prints for
documentation, press releases, jury submissions, and print editions. Topics will
include setting up artwork for photography, low cost lighting options, basic
camera adjustments, editing the image for accuracy, and re-formatting to meet
submission and print requirements. Watch a demonstration with user-made
affordable lighting. Point and shoot and cell phone cameras can be made to
work with some effort, but a digital single lens reflex (DSLR) or a high-end
mirrorless camera would be best.
