main Gallery - Business Member event guidelines

Booking requirements

• Organizations and Individuals must submit a request to Saratoga Arts admin to reserve the gallery space.
• Organizations must present insurance to use the space. Individuals must sign an insurance waiver prior to use.
• The maximum length of an event is 3 hours, plus one additional hour for setup/breakdown.
• Events may be held on weeknights between 5-9pm. Events booked on Sundays will incur an additional staffing fee.
• Staff shall have access to the event space.

eQUIPMENT

• Saratoga Arts can provide chairs and tables with advance notice for a convenience fee. Reserving party is responsible for arranging them as they see fit. Please contact us for pricing.
• The reserving party is responsible for set up and breakdown. Failure to reset the room to its prior state may result in cancelation of future events.

FOOD and bEVERAGE

• Food and beverages may be served at gallery events.
• Only beer, wine, cider, or seltzer may be served as the arts center does not maintain a liquor license.
• You are welcome to bring outside food (catering, small bites), but be advised Saratoga Arts does not have a kitchen for food prep.
• All possessions, food waste, and trash must be packed out at the end of your event.

Safety

• No drugs are allowed on Saratoga Arts property.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. No smoking is allowed within 20 feet of any entrances to the center.
• Saratoga Arts reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time without notice.

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in cancelation of reserved space and prohibition from booking additional events.
