The Film Forum is back and dedicated to bringing independent films to audiences in downtown Saratoga! Every Thursday night for twelve weeks we'll screen in the Dee Sarno Theater at 7:00pm, with a special emphasis on recent indie, foreign, and documentary work. The Film Forum aims to bring the community together through cinema, and offer opportunities to engage with the medium in a more meaningful way.

Fresh-made popcorn and water are available by donation. A limited number of seat cushions are also available for use. For our hard-of-hearing guests, all film audio is available via Auracast.

Pricing

Admission to a single screening is $10 - made available at the beginning of each week for that Thursday's screening. We only accept cash at the door.

A membership to the Film Forum can be purchased at a discounted rate, and gives the ticketholder access to the remainder of the screenings.

***If a screening is sold-out, passholders are guaranteed seats up until 5-minutes before showtime, at which time walk-ups will be allowed entry to fill remaining seats. First come - first served tickets will be available at the door until the screening is at capacity.***

Next Up:

Sirat dir. Oliver Laxe

Thursday, June 18th @ 7:00PM

Luis is traveling through southern Morocco with his son, Esteban. They're searching for his daughter, who has been missing for five months, last seen at a dance festival in the desert. As the pair travel from party to party, they hear of a semi-mythical rave near the border of Mauritania. Descending into the scorched terrain as a not-so-distant global conflict encroaches, Luis and Esteban are soon drawn into a primal landscape in which they must walk a tightrope between heaven and hell.
