Saratoga Arts is proud to be a partner of the Cultivating Havens for the Arts through Regional Murals (CHARM) program, alongside NYSCA and Governor Hochul. Our initiative specifically sought out and supported artists from each of the six Mohawk Valley counties that had deep ties to the regions. Artists Dante Bouchard, Angela DeCarlis, James McIlroy, Julia Rodriquez, Casey Beal, Tony Thompson, and David Mentus exemplify the potential benefit to our communities when they embrace public art. Come get to know the creators of the pieces, admire their work, and connect with the organizations that support them.
