2026 HIGH SCHOOL ALL STARS GUIDELINES

Exhibition Dates: January 10th-31st , 2026

Opening Reception: Friday, January 9th, 2026 5:00-7:00 pm

Artwork Drop Off: December 16th, 17th, or 18th 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Artwork Pick Up: February 2nd, 3rd, or 4th 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Every year, Saratoga Arts solicits high school art teachers representing schools from to submit artwork from their top three students. The work is installed in our Main and Atrium Gallery spaces at 320 Broadway, for the public to see the amazing talent of our local high school students.

Participation Guidelines:

Teachers in Fulton, Montgomery or Saratoga Counties may submit work from their top three students.

Please fill out this form no later than December 19th, 2025. You will be asked to provide a file submission of the work, the student name, school name, title, date, medium, dimensions, and price for each artwork. If the artwork is not for sale, please write NFS under price.

Provide a photograph of each student’s artwork, preferably a JPG file no larger than 1500px on the longest edge.

In addition to the online form, please fill out the same information on an artwork label, to be attached to the physical piece. Please find the artwork labels here.

All artwork must be dropped off at Saratoga Arts by a high school teacher or representative administrator from the school. Parents or students are not allowed to drop off artwork without the teacher present.
