Illustrate Your Breath

taught by Sarah Hutcherson

Ages 10-17

Summer 2024 Teen Workshops: Week 5

1 Day Workshop, Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 1:00 -4:00 PM

Whether you are new to gentle breathwork or have an established breathing practice, this workshop invites you to witness and draw how the breath ebbs and flows throughout your day. You will learn the physical and mental benefits of conscious breathing through practicing gentle breathing techniques, while developing an understanding of how the environment and your emotions change your breath's quality.

Each student will receive a blank journal to illustrate the breath not only during the workshop sessions but in between the two sessions when they feel called. The intention is for attendees to leave each hour of the workshop restored and more aware of the precious power of their breath to invigorate creativity and possibility.

All materials and tools will be provided for the class.

$50 member/$59 non-member
