Mixed Media Doodle Series

taught by Maria Brown

This workshop begins with a brief breathwork session to activate the creative centers of the brain. Watercolor blends, marker, fabric paint and gold foil or metallic liquid acrylic paint are used to create a series of doodles as a practice to relieve stress and anxiety.

All materials and tools will be provided for the class.
