SCHEDULE

Half Day: 8:30-11:30am  or  Full Day: 8:30am-4:00pm

  • 8:30am drop off
  • 10:00-10:30am snack outdoors
  • 11:30am half day camper pick-up
  • 11:30am-12:30pm lunch and outdoor play
  • 2:00-2:30pm snack outdoors
  • 4:00pm pick up
  • Camp weeks will end with a Family Art Show: Fridays 3:30-4:00 PM

Please fill out the Emergency Contact & Medical Information form below (follow link) prior to the first day of your child's Summer Camp. Students will not be allowed to attend camp without the form below being filled out and all medical information submitted.

ART CAMP & WORKSHOP REMINDERS:

Please send your child with a water bottle, peanut & tree nut free lunch (Full Day) and snacks each day.

Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Sunscreen and hats for being outdoors in the summer.

Bring reusable bags and/or cardboard boxes to the Art Show each week to take home sculptures. 

Personal devices (cell phones, tablets and/or headphones) are permitted for the following only: digital art making, visual photo/video references, research, to listen to music during studio time. They're to be put away during teacher instruction, lunch/ snack breaks to socialize with peers and enjoy the outdoors.

ENTRANCE DIRECTIONS:

Please enter the building through the lower Spring Street Entrance located at the Public Restrooms. The main gallery entrance on Broadway will be closed. For directions, when looking at Saratoga Arts from the corner of Broadway, take a left down the hilly sidewalk. Doors will be on your right. Ring the doorbell at the interior wooden door upon arrival. Swipe access with the free app, Open Path, will be given to Emergency Contacts #1 and #2 the week prior to camp by a separate email through the company Avigilon Alta.
