Students and instructors should not attend class if they have symptoms of COVID-19.
Students and instructors, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask, covering nose and mouth, while in the building.
Students and instructors are encouraged to maintain physical distance from one another whenever possible.
Unmasked models will be required to provide proof of vaccination or negative test within 48 hours of modeling. All class participants should maintain physical distance from unmasked models.
Students who develop COVID-19 symptoms can call Saratoga Arts or email email@example.com to arrange a session credit.
Instructors and Saratoga Arts staff will ask students to leave if they are in violation of our policies.
Refusal to follow our policies may result in forfeiture of registration without a refund.
Cancellations must occur in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our cancellation schedule is as follows:
- 14 or more calendar days before the start of class or a camp, cancellation will result in a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. This fee will be waived if the refund is issued on the account of the registrant for future use at Saratoga Arts.
- Cancellations that occur between 13 calendar days and up to 48 hours before the start of a class or camp will result in a 50% refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. This fee will be waived if the 50% refund is issued on the account of the registrant for the future use with Saratoga Arts.
-No refunds or credits will be given to any cancellations received 48 hours or less prior to the start of any class or camp.
