Rental Information

Centrally-located at 320 Broadway, the Main Gallery and Dee Sarno Theater are available for hourly or day-use rentals. Whether you're looking to host a wedding, birthday, rehearsal, networking event, or a public performance, the artistic backdrops of the gallery or theater will make any gathering special and memorable.

Insurance, Fees, and Deposits

  • All parties renting space from Saratoga Arts must carry their own insurance liability that covers no less than $1,000,000
  • All rentals require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the date
  • All rentals require a $250 security deposit, refundable if there is no damage or the venue does not require cleaning
  • All events taking place outside of regular business hours will be charged a staffing fee of $25/hour
  • Overnight storage fee starts at $150/day
  • Fees related to trash removal may be applicable to large events.
  • Specific rates are listed below for the Gallery and Dee Sarno Theater

Alcohol 

  • Beer and wine may be served at private events if there is no fee being charged for admission
  • If charging for alcohol or serving liquor, the renter must obtain and show proof of a day liquor license or a hired licensed server who will be on site to serve the day of the event

Safety and Set-up/Clean-up

  • Renter is responsible for set up, clean up, and trash removal
  • Renter is responsible for bringing in any food/drink and event table/seating they need. Saratoga Arts does not provide this service
  • Renter or a representative must be on site to receive any deliveries made for the event, within the rental timeframe

Business Members in good standing receive a 10% discount on all rentals. Inquire about special Non-Profit Rates.

The Gallery at Saratoga Arts

Starting Base Rates

Hourly rate - $125/hour, 2 hour minimum*

additional fees may be added for use of sound equipment

  • Rental of the Gallery includes use of the Reception Area Gallery, but does not include use of the Dee Sarno Theater.
  • Rental of the space does not give the Renter the right to move or regulate the art on display at the time of rental.
  • Gallery rentals are not allowed during business hours. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Dee Sarno Theater

The theater is a black box space that can be transformed into many uses. All renters are required to set-up and break down their own seating and staging. If use of projector or sound equipment is needed, a meeting with our tech personnel is required in advance.

Starting Base Rates

Hourly rate - $50/hour, 2 hour minimum*

Day rate - $250 (Monday - Saturday), $350 on Sunday*


Rental of the Dee Sarno Theater includes non-exclusive use of  the Reception Area Gallery for registration, box office or other use.

*An additional staffing fee of $25/hr included for any rental occurring outside of normal business hours.
