Artist Statement


Lou studied Art in the CUNY system receiving his degree in 1985 in Art and Communication. His studies included all forms Art production including Film and Video as well. His interest in Painting stems from inspiration of years of admiring other works of Artists from the Renaissance to the Impressionists to the Modern Art movement. Most of these works seen in this exhibit have been done in just the last couple of years. Lou's interests include most of these forms of art like Charcoal drawing, Water and Oil Painting. My Statement to the Public: "What I am trying to achieve through my Art is to create new and unique subjects to amaze the senses of my audience and enrich life through my Art."
