For Visual Arts Submission: Please provide a photograph of each student’s piece, preferably a JPG file no larger than 1500px on the longest edge.
For Language Art Submissions: Please submit either an image of a printed material or an audio/video file of the spoken word: either an MP3 or MP4 that is no longer than 3 minutes in length.
In addition to the online form, please fill out the same information on the provided artwork label, find the artwork labels here and attach to the physical piece. If it is a digital submission, the file must be named with the same information.
Up to 3 submissions are allowed for each registration. Please note: if you are submitting on behalf of multiple teachers, you will have to register with each teacher's email. You will not be able to register more than once using the same email.
All artwork must be dropped off at Saratoga Arts by a high school teacher or representative administrator from the school. Parents or Students are not allowed to drop off artwork without the teacher present.
