    The Gallery Shop supports our member artists and fine crafters through the display of their original artistry. Accepted products are handcrafted objects, fine jewelry, accessories, fiber arts, ceramics, and various other items. The Gallery Shop is part of our Member-Exclusive programming where members can submit their work through our online application process for the opportunity to be featured in the Gallery Shop.

    320 Broadway is a juried exhibition space for fine art and photography. Therefore, our Gallery Shop will no longer sell paintings, drawings, prints, or photography. Online opportunities are available.

    Please fill out the application form and upload at least 3 images that represent the handmade products you would like to submit. Our Gallery Shop coordinator will be in touch with you after your submission.

    We are excited to have Art in the Park!

    This year we are hosting two dates for our annual art festival held in Historic Congress Park in Downtown Saratoga Springs. 


    Summer - July 23, 2022 (rain date July 30)

    *The July event benefits both Saratoga Arts and the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation.

    Fall - September 17, 2022 (rain date October 1)

    Time - 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, each date


    This registration form can be used to sign up for one, or both, dates. Artist working in all art genres are encouraged to apply, regardless of membership status at Saratoga Arts. All applicants are required to submit 5 images of their merchandise in this application.

    Acceptable mediums for this event: Only original works of fine art are accepted. Artists using the mediums of drawing, painting, ceramics, fine jewelry, mixed media, sculpture, photography, printmaking and fiber art are encouraged to apply. Any prints should be signed limited editions of 25 or less. 

    Food vendors only permitted with additional permits and insurance certificates.

    *Applicants who do not conform to these guidelines will have their registration canceled and fee refunded.
