east bank art alliance

Members' Show

The East Bank Arts Alliance (EBAA) was established over ten years ago as a collaborative of creative people on the east side of the Hudson River in Upstate New York, home of the famous Hudson River School. The alliance has experienced rapid growth, and now numbers over 30 talented artists. Membership is no longer restricted to those who live on the east side of the river. Artists include oil, acrylic, mixed media, drawing, and pastel painters, photographers, and potters. We offer opportunities for artists to exhibit work in various venues throughout the year. We also offer members the opportunity to take educational field trips to museums and galleries. Occasionally, we offer workshops and classes. Membership is open to both artists and art appreciators.

The work in this show represents the diversity of styles and mediums of our members. We have those who have been formally trained, to those who have discovered the joy and drive to make art to better one’s life and the lives of those around them. We all believe in sharing the experience that art brings to each of us.
