Barbara King started her interest in art as a child studying at the Fleisher Art Memorial in Philadelphia. Her studies included time at Glassboro State College (now Rowan University). Her interests have spanned many media in her years as an artist, including pen and ink, line drawings, pencil, charcoal drawings, as well as oil and acrylic paintings. Her primary interest is in drawing figures and faces.
King's exhibition is up for public viewing September 28 - October 25 at Saratoga Springs Public Library, 49 Henry St, Saratoga Springs, NY.
