To apply to the Community Arts Regrant Program, please begin by reading the Grant Guidelines below to determine which grant area best fits your project and determine your eligibility. The Grant Guidelines detail the eligibility requirements for each category as well as providing information about what activities funds from grant each category can and cannot be used for.


Our Application Deadline is December 15th, 2022.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent by November 15th, 2022, however it is not a requirement.

If you would like to submit portions of your application for review and receive feedback from our Grants Coordinator, the deadline to do so via email is December 1st, 2022.

New applicants are required to attend one Information Session or meet with Grants Coordinator, Mae Hailu (, for a one-on-one consultation.

Applicants may submit up to three requests in any combination of categories (Community Arts, Individual Artist, and/or Arts Education) totaling no more than $5,000 across all applications. Fiscally sponsored requests do not count towards the fiscal sponsor’s three-request, $5,000 limit.
