ABOUT

In association with Clarkson University and Saratoga Arts, The Innovation Center at Saratoga, Inc., is presenting an opportunity for middle and early high school students to experience the creation of a roller coaster and theme park. Working in small teams, students will learn the science behind roller coasters and then use Roblox to create their dream coaster as part of a theme park.

Registration includes:

•    4 days of in-class exploration using physics, math, and computers
• Incorporation of artistic components as students learn to theme their coasters and theme parks
• 1 all-expenses paid day (including food and camp t-shirt) at The Great Escape

PRICING

Full Day (9 am to 4 pm)

$495 Saratoga Arts Members/ $545 Non-Members

TENTATIVE CAMP DAILY SCHEDULE

9:00 AM           Arrival
9:00-10:30       Instruction both indoors and outdoors
10:30-10:45    Snack
10:45-12:00    Instruction both indoors and outdoors
12:00-12:30    Lunch break outdoors
12:30-2:30      Instruction and artistic activities
2:30-2:45         Snack
2:45-3:45         Instruction and art activities
3:45-4:00         Cleanup
4:00 PM            Pickup

There will be a family presentation on Friday at 2:00PM

* Bring a water bottle, lunch, and snacks each day

Minimum enrollment: 10
Maximum enrollment: 15

Please fill out the Emergency Contact & Medical Information form below (follow link) prior to the first day of your child's Summer Camp. Students will not be allowed to attend camp without the form below being filled out and all medical information submitted.
