CLASS REGISTRATION: SPRING 2008
(pre-registration is required for all classes and workshops unless otherwise noted)
Registration
Registration is required for all classes and
workshops unless otherwise specified. Please register for classes
at least one week prior to the start of date of the class or workshop
you wish to attend. Early registration allows us to plan
appropriately and avoid last minute cancellations.
Payments for classes and workshops are due to the Saratoga County Arts
Council at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been
made. Payment, in full, must be made before the first meeting of
class. Checks should be made out to The Saratoga County
Arts Council. All checks and credit charges will be processed the
week a scheduled class begins.
The Saratoga County Arts Council reserves the right to cancel any class
due to insufficient enrollment. All registered students will be
informed and given the opportunity to enroll in another course.
Students who do not wish to transfer will receive a full credit or
refund of their class tuition. The Arts Center also cancels
classes on Saratoga Springs City Schools snow days. Make up
classes will be arranged at the discretion of the teacher.
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Students who cancel one week or more before the
start of a scheduled class will receive a refund of their class tuition
minus a $15.00 cancellation fee.
Students who cancel less
than one week before the start of a scheduled class will receive a 50%
refund of their class tuition.
No refunds will be given if a class is cancelled by an individual after the first scheduled class.
There will be a $20.00 charge for all returned checks.
The Arts Center is not responsible for classes missed due to illness or other commitments of students.
